The costume features a functional lace-up bodice with silver grommets, a voluminous double-layered top skirt with hot pink satin ruffles along with an adjustable underskirt that changes from knee length to mini-skirt with ease.

To add to the look the costume also comes with an adorable mini-top hat with feathers, fingerless gloves, and detachable sleeves.
